All registrations must be completed online. Please note registrations made after July 22 will incur late fees. Onsite registrations will still need to be completed online with your smartphone so save yourself time and register before you arrive.
One Water is a joint effort between OWEA and OAWWA and replaces both organizations' separate conferences.
We require a ticket for everyone--regardless of age--for all of our events. You can either purchase the Guest Package which includes all event tickets or you can purchase a singular event ticket a la cart. If your spouse/family/children/friend will not be attending One Water events then no further action is necessary. Email info@onewaterohio.org to add a guest package or additional tickets to your existing registration.
You can earn up to 17.5 hours from a Full Conference registration.

No. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty. You are able to complete a substitution yourself by July 22 by using the link and confirmation code at the bottom of your confirmation email. After July 22nd the substitution form on this page must be completed. Onsite substitutions will still need to complete the electronic substitution form with their smartphone, so save time and complete before you arrive. Partial substitutions are not allowed. Registrants must transfer their entire registration to a new person, not just a portion.

One Water's Attendee Refund Policy
Cancellations received July 15, 2026 or later or no-shows will be billed in full and will not receive a refund.
Cancellations received between July 1 - July 14, 2026 will receive a 65% refund minus any credit card processing fees.
Cancellations received by June 30, 2026 will receive a full refund minus any credit card processing fees.
Registration will open at 8 AM Monday, 6:30 AM Tuesday, 7:00 AM Wednesday, and 7 AM Thursday.

Early bird pricing ends at midnight on June 24, 2026. At 12:01 on June 25, 2026 regular pricing begins. There are no exceptions.
Casual to business casual is acceptable. Please keep in mind that the temperature can fluctuate from room to room, so dressing in layers is a good option.
Casual attire is acceptable.
Business casual attire is acceptable. The event is not formal.
That is up to you! In general, business cards, pen, notepad, and a refillable water bottle are a great start.
To ensure proper credit is given to our operators and engineers alike, we require a unique email for any communication regarding your hours after the conference.
We strive to provide diverse food options at each meal and will have vegetarian options available.
Individuals must be completely retired to utilize this rate. This includes no part time work or paid consulting. You must also be a retired member of OWEA and/or OAWWA. If you are unsure if you qualify as a Retired Member, please call the office at 614-488-5800 and we will assist.
Our Call for Abstracts ended in December. Please keep an eye on your email in the fall of 2026 for the 2027 One Water Call for Abstracts.
The success of any conference is dependent on the volunteers who contribute their time and effort to help with various activities to support the conference committee and staff. Please indicate on your registration if you are interested in volunteering and we will reach out with opportunities.
Note: All volunteers must be registered for the conference.
