Please be aware that no one other than OWEA, OAWWA or George Fern should be reaching out to you regarding your booth. George Fern is our decorating company who will be your touch point for carpet, electricity, etc. They will be contacting you by email, NOT PHONE. We are aware that some exhibitors have been contacted by individuals in no way affiliated with George Fern, One Water, OWEA or OAWWA. Please note we DO NOT sell our attendee or exhibitor list and anyone who is contacting you regarding this is not legitimate.

Hotel reservations at the negotiated rates can only be made through the Kalahari Booking Link listed on this page. One Water does not authorize or endorse any other housing service or independent broker. For your own protection, do not make reservations through any other housing or travel company.

Your Standard Exhibit Booth will Include:

• One full conference registration for primary exhibitor

• Draped and skirted table (6')

• Two chairs

What's included in each package?

Here are some special items to note before you register:

1. After you complete the attendee information page you will be redirected to our interactive booth map. Select one booth and upload your logo so others will see where you are! If you are registering more than one booth, please only select one per registration. i.e. if you are getting two booths, register Bob Smith, select one booth, hit Add another attendee on the summary page, then register John Smith and select one booth for him. Continue until you have all of your booths selected. This is pivotal to make sure your booths are reserved correctly and all of your booth personnel will have the proper badges/tickets at the conference.

2. Before June 15, 2024, you do not need to pay at the time of your registration but we do require payment in full by June 15, 2024 or your booth will be released. Registrations made after June 15, 2024 will require payment in full at the time of registration.

3. You will receive a confirmation email with your booth number.

Terms and Conditions:

1. No part of your exhibit may extend out of your selected space (10' x 8' booth, 6' tabletop, or 20'x10' large equipment space)
2. No loud music may come from your exhibit that distracts from others booths.
3. Your exhibit must remain up during exhibit hall hours and be staffed.
4. No part of your exhibit can be used to distract from others exhibits.
5. All exhibit personnel must be registered and wear their name badge.
6. Exhibitor services information will be available closer to the conference.
7. Any additional furnishings or services outside of those mentioned above must be directly contracted with the show decorator. Any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company including drayage. This includes WiFi, water, and electric.
8. No access will be available to the exhibit hall prior to Monday, August 5, 2024. Exact access hours will be published prior to the conference.
9. One Water is not responsible for any property loss associated with your exhibit.
10. No outside food or drink may be distributed from your booth. All food and drink for attendees must be contracted through Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.
11. Exhibit personnel may not enter another exhibitor's booth space without obtaining permission. At no time may anyone enter an unstaffed booth of another exhibitor.
12. Cancelations must be received by June 15, 2024 in order to be eligible for a refund minus applicable credit card fees. Any cancelations after June 15, 2024 or no shows will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made for personal or family illnesses due to allowing substitutions without penalty.
