Mallard Creek Golf Club is home to a beautiful 36-hole public golf course set on 350 acres of gently rolling and lush Northeastern Ohio terrain.   • Registration for golf hole sponsors closes on 7/2/25 or when sold out.
  • Registration for golf closes on 7/18/25 or when sold out.


Please Read in Full Prior to Registering:

  1. Before June 18, 2025, you do not need to pay at the time of your registration but we do require payment in full by June 18, 2025 or your foursome will be released. Registrations made after June 18, 2025 will require payment in full at the time of registration.

  2. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty. Written substitution must be submitted by the original registrant by July 18, 2025 in order to be processed before the conference. Substitutions needed after July 18, 2025 must be done onsite. 
  3. Cancellations must be received by July 11, 2025 in order to be eligible for a refund minus applicable credit card fees. Any cancellations or no shows will not be eligible for a refund and will be billed in full. By registering you agree to this cancellation policy.
  4. I am agreeing to my image being published in conjunction with this conference.
