Important Information

  • Once you are registered, you will be emailed the link approximately one week before the conference. Each attendee must register with a unique email address and must log in separately to obtain hours.
  • If you are registering after 10/15/25 please allow up to one business day to receive the emailed link for One Water On Demand. The event will not be extended past 11/5/25 regardless of your registration date.
  • Credit will only be granted to those who have the webinar as their active window a minimum of 90% of the time and correctly answer the majority of the questions asked at the end of each presentation.
  • One Water is not responsible for any technological challenges, including loss of internet. If the registrant doesn't maintain the webinar as their active window for a minimum of 90% of the duration of the webinar due to a lose of internet or other technological issue, no credit will be given.
  • Tech Support will be available Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM at 614-488-5800.
  • Attendees will receive a certificate via email within two weeks after One Water On Demand ends on 11/5/25 as proof of attendance and all awarded contact hours will uploaded to the EPA at this time. Certificates will NOT be provided early.


Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel by 10/15/25 you will be eligible for a 50% refund minus credit card processing fees. Unpaid invoices will be billed at 50%.
  • Due to the flexibility and nature of this event, no refunds are offered after 10/15/25. Unpaid invoices will be billed in full.
